This data helps us keep track of the number of visitors and help facilitate the dynamic nature of our site. Registration Information - If a visitor to our site fills out the Registration form, this information will be used to process any orders, or initiate contact with Buckeye Business Solutions only. The registrant has the choice of being added to email or postal mailing lists but is not required to do so. No one outside of Buckeye Business Solutions will ever have access to your personal information. Registration information is stored in a database on a secure server. The database is password protected and is only accessible by Buckeye Business Solutions' servers and authorized personnel of Buckeye Business Solutions.

Client Information - As a technical services and network support service company, Buckeye Business Solutions' Engineers and Technicians can potentially have access to sensitive internal client information. No data from any client is ever removed from the client location, network, servers or from any other storage media without express consent from a person delegated to approve such removal. The data is moved to a physically and technologically secured location while the project is completed on the data. Only the Buckeye Business Solutions Engineers that are designated to have access to the data by the client will ever have access to the data. After the project that required the files to moved off site is completed, the data is destroyed from all Buckeye Business Solutions storage devices.
Certain service related data such as passwords, network information and other pertinent technical information may be stored on secure and encrypted Buckeye Business Solutions servers as long as the client is active. If there is dissolution of relationship between Buckeye Business and a client, all the sensitive technical documentation is destroyed and Buckeye Business Solutions will assist in removing all access to the client network if the client so chooses.
